Purpose of award: To assist Connecticut student residents.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be Connecticut residents who are high school seniors ranking in the top 2 percent of their class or with SAT scores of at least 2100. Selection is based on SAT scores and class rank.

Purpose of award: To support high-achieving Delaware resident students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be residents of Delaware, U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens, high school seniors who rank in the upper quarter of their class or GED recipients who score at least 300 on the GED examination, score a minimum of 1200 on the SAT and enroll at least half-time at a regionally-accredited institution of higher education. The program is dependent on U.S. Congressional funding.

Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or planning to earn a GED. They must have a GPA of 3.3 or higher and have scored above 1270 on the SAT and/or above 29 on the ACT. GED applicants must score at least 60 points.
