For U.S. citizen or resident alien of African, African-American, Hispanic, Hispanic- American, Indian, Native-American, Asian, Asian-American, or Pacific Island descent. Must be matriculating toward a baccalaureate or master’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, public relations, art, graphics arts or other related areas of study in Florida and the Caribbean.
