Purpose of award: To help African-American and Latino students who live in western Massachusetts and Hartford County in Connecticut.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must attend a U.S. college or university part-time or full-time. Application forms, transcripts and Student Aid Reports are required. Selection is based on financial need and academic merit. A pastoral letter of reference from any denomination is highly recommended.
