Purpose of award: To assist students in professional programs who are New York residents.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens, be New York State residents and study at an eligible professional program in New York State. Priority is given to students who are economically disadvantaged and members of a minority group. Recipients must work as a licensed professional for one year for each year of payment received in New York State.
