Purpose of award: To provide scholarships for skateboarders.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be skateboarders who are high school seniors with at least a 2.5 GPA. They must be U.S. citizens and be planning to enroll full-time at a post-secondary school. Applicants must submit an essay on how skateboarding has influenced their lives. two letters of recommendation and a high school transcript. Special consideration will be given to students who are involved in skateboarding activism. Skateboarding skill will not be considered in awarding the scholarship.
Target applicant: High school students
Minimum GPA: 2.5
Amount: $1.000-$5,000.
Number of awards: 4.
Deadline: April 20.
